This is a style of massage that I have personally created to really help restore the body back to  balance and remove chronic pain. I have worked with professional athletes of every major professional sport, Olympian’s, junior olympians, bodybuilders and people from everyday life looking to feel better. Using different techniques as well as my personal knowledge of major injuries has helped me form this modality.

Cupping is an ancient form of holistic medicine that can help with a multitude of issues. I use medical grade silicone cups that are used in conjunction with massage. These cups cause a suction on the skin that helps pull the muscle, skin, & connective tissue into the cup. This causes healing lymph fluid, red and white blood cells to rush to the affected area. Helping create pain relief and decrease muscle tension.
